How To Place Your AVON Orders

Welcome to this training information presented by Your Beauty Products.

We recommend that you turn off all notifications and distractions and take notes while watching the videos / reading the information provided below. Putting into practice what you learn here will be well worth your time and attention.

NB! EVERY REPRESENTATIVE MUST REGISTER THERE GI3 ONLINE PROFILE

Points to remember:

  • IF you have a Pay As You Go Account, AVON will send you an SMS with the amount to pay to get your order released within about 1 hour of placing your order. If you don’t receive the amount, call Head Office at 0860 10 23 45 or just ask your leader.
  • IF an order is on hold and requires payment to be released, you have 21 days to pay for the order.  After 21 days AVON will automatically delete it.
  • IF you place a small order of less than R570, it will go on hold until you place another small order and if both together exceeds R570, AVON will merge the orders and be able to process it. Even if you place the second order in the following month it will still be invoiced at the correct prices as the month during which you have placed it.

Online orders

  • Log into your account at my.avon.co.za. (If you are not yet registered on the AVON website just click login then “register”, complete your details and leave the “District number” empty, there is no need for that.)
  • Go to “My Orders” at the top menu and click on “Place an Order“.
  • Click on “Start an Order” and in the “Product number” fields enter the product code.
  • When you’ve entered all of the codes, just click the red “Continue” button at the top/bottom right of the page.
  • On every page just follow and click the Red Button until the very last page where it says: “Your order has been submitted”, do not exit until you reach this page otherwise your order will not be submitted but just pending.

SMS ORDERS

  • Always use the same cell phone number as the one you’ve signed-up with, otherwise it will not work.
  • Type your orders using the following format.
  • SPACE ACCOUNTNUMBER SPACE CAMPAIGN SPACE CODE SPACE QUANTITY SPACE CODE SPACE QUANTITY and just keep adding product codes and quantities for your entire order.
  • For example let’s say we are in August, that is month 8 right? And let’s say you want to order code 44637 x 1, 01750 x 2 and 17057 x 1.    Also, let say your AVON account number is 12345678.
    This is how you will send the SMS: 0 12345678 8 44637 1 01750 2 17057 1
  • Send your order to 43116

    AND FOR NAMIBIA:
  • Send SMS order to +27832155050 (Namibia Only)

MOBILE APP

  • If you have a smartphone visit your iPhone or Android App Store
  • Download the My AVON App
  • Log in using your account number and password that you created for yourself. (If you don't have one - you will need to register on my.avon.co.za)
  • Once you have logged in, Select the "Place an Order" icon.
  • Next, Select the "Start My Order" button.
  • Next, Your will enter the Codes and Quantities for the products you would like to order in the designated lines and Click on "Save Order".
  • Scroll Down and any add any brochures if you would like Then Click on "Order Brochure" to add them to your order cart. You can now Click on "Continue".
  • Click "Continue" again.
  • You will now be able to check that you have:
    1. Entered your order in correctly.
    2. You will be able to see which products are in stock or out of stock.
    3. Select your Delivery Address or choose a Collection Point
    4. Enter the amount of customers you are serving.
    5. Enter your Email Address so you get a notification that your order was placed.
    6. Once all of the above is checked, you will click on the "CONTINUE" button to confirm and submit your order.

    You will received notifications and tracking details about your or once it has been placed and invoiced

SEND ORDERS VIA EMAIL

You can also send your orders directly to AVON head office so that they can place it for you. You may use any of the below order forms, please make sure the form is completed neatly, and all of your codes are correct, otherwise they will not place it.

After you’ve completed one of the forms, send it to
orders.sa@avon.com

NB: Follow up after two days if your order was placed, either by logging into your account to check if the order is there or call head office early in the morning 0860102345.
